Non-compliant competitors, identified and sent for legal review.
Refix captures competitor listings in your category every day, organizes their notable attributes, and estimates the revenue potential of each case. You decide which listings go to a partner law firm for legal review. 1

Critical attributes are easy to miss in a listing.
Missing CE information, incomplete GPSR manufacturer data, or notable health claims can all be relevant to an assessment. Refix captures and documents attributes like these. The partner law firm then determines, case by case, whether they warrant legal action.
From data capture to possible next steps, in four stages.
Refix captures and documents attributes from competitor listings. If you request a legal assessment, the partner law firm receives the material, reviews the case, and determines which steps are possible.
Data capture
Refix captures competitor listings in your category every day and analyzes titles, images, required disclosures, and GPSR data. Notable attributes are objectively categorized and documented in the dashboard. The legal assessment is handled exclusively by the partner law firm.
Assessment by the partner law firm
When you request an assessment, the partner law firm receives the documented data and examines whether legal action may be warranted and which legal grounds apply in the specific case.
Possible enforcement
If the partner law firm concludes that legal action is possible, it can, for example, file a notice-and-action report with Amazon under Article 16 of the DSA. Neither the reported competitor nor Amazon learns that the report came from you.
Outcome and reassessment
Amazon decides how to handle the notice and may block or correct the listing. If it reappears with the same attributes, Refix notifies you. You can then engage the partner law firm to assess the case again: within six months, a repeat notice is discounted or free of charge.
One less listing, and that revenue comes back to you.

The attributes Refix captures.
You don't have to put up with listings like these: Refix captures the attributes, and the partner law firm assesses case by case whether legal action is warranted. Six typical cases and their attributes:*
Power supply with no CE mark and no conformity information.
No EU responsible person and no manufacturer address in the listing.
Cosmetic product without an INCI ingredient list.
Toy with small parts, no age guidance and no safety warning.
The title promises features the product does not have.
* The legal assessment of each case is made exclusively by the partner law firm.

FAQ
Still have questions? See pricing or just sign up.
- Is this about my listings or my competitors'?
- Mainly your competitors': Refix captures and documents the visible information on competitor listings in your category. You can have your own listing prepared the same way, at the same price. Listings are ranked by technical criteria and estimated revenue potential, not by a legal assessment. The legal assessment of each case is handled by one of our partner law firms.
- How does data capture work?
- Refix captures titles, images, product details, and other publicly visible data from competitor listings every day. The data is objectively categorized, manually checked, and documented. The partner law firm determines whether any of it is legally relevant.
- What does it cost?
- Technical data capture, attribute categories, and revenue potential are free to view in the dashboard. Documented data preparation costs €199 plus product costs, for competitor listings and your own listing alike. You commission the legal assessment and any further steps directly from the partner law firm, under a separate engagement. You get one invoice from us, covering both.
- What could legal action look like?
- The partner law firm reviews the data documented by Refix case by case. If it concludes that legal action is possible, it can, for example, file a notice-and-action report with Amazon under Article 16 of the DSA. Neither the reported competitor nor Amazon learns that the report came from you.
- What happens if the product comes back?
- If the same product reappears with the same attributes, Refix alerts you for six months at no extra cost. If you want, you can engage the partner law firm for another review.
- Which markets do you cover?
- We focus on Amazon DE, UK, and US, where our partner law firms operate locally. The partner law firm assesses case by case which legal standard applies and whether, and to what extent, a report also carries over to other EU marketplaces.

Important notes
- Refix provides technical services to identify potentially relevant matters. Refix does not itself provide legal services or make legal assessments. All legal services, in particular legal review, advice, and enforcement, are provided exclusively by the retained partner law firm under a separate engagement agreement. The partner law firm does not act as an agent of Refix.
- Technical data capture and the estimated revenue potential are free of charge. Refix charges €199 plus product costs for documented data preparation, for competitor listings and for your own listing alike. The legal assessment and any further steps are commissioned from the partner law firm under a separate engagement; fees for both components are invoiced together through Refix.
