We review the case and pass it to the responsible partner law firm, which assesses it and tells you whether anything can be done, and if so, what.
Do you only work under German law?
No. We have specialized partner law firms in Germany, the United Kingdom, and the US. Every case runs in the right market under that market's law, and you still have just one point of contact.
How do I get started?

Can you get a suspended account or frozen payouts released?
We take on account suspensions and withheld payouts as cases. The firm in that market handles reinstatement or pursues the claim. Outcomes in individual cases are not guaranteed.

What does it cost?
