Clear the moment I opened it: the product was full of mold and unusable. Stay away.
Non-compliant reviews, assessed and removed by attorneys.

See what your product is really capable of.
Enter your product and we'll use public market data to estimate how many of your reviews could raise red flags.
Not every negative review is legally permissible.
False statements of fact, made-up safety risks, abusive criticism: whatever crosses the legal line can be removed. Refix finds suspicious reviews. Whether one of them is actually non-compliant is for the partner law firm to decide.
From detection to removal, in five steps.
Refix scans daily and suggests potentially relevant cases. Partner law firms handle the legal assessment and enforcement. Refix confirms each removal. You're only billed for reviews that actually disappear.
Detection
Once your products are connected, our AI scans one- to three-star reviews daily, records notable attributes and presents them clearly in your dashboard.1
Assessment
Every review appears in your dashboard with the attributes we recorded, and you decide with one click which cases go to the partner law firm for legal assessment. Once you have made your selection, the responsible law firm assesses whether action is needed and what steps are possible.1
Attorney letter
If the partner law firm concludes a review is non-compliant, it writes to Amazon directly. The letter states the grounds for the objection and sets a deadline for removal. Depending on the marketplace, we work with specialized partner law firms and aim for the best possible outcome for your case.
Removal
Amazon makes the decision on the report. You'll see an estimated submission date, usually within seven business days. Refix confirms each removal automatically.
Monitoring
Refix monitors your products continuously and surfaces new reviews daily.
Which reviews can be assessed.
You don't have to put up with reviews like these: after legal review by the partner law firm, they can be removed. Six common scenarios where a legal review is worth it:
Would never buy again, this stuff is toxic and harmful to your health.
This is a cheap fake, not the original product. A complete waste of money.
The seller is a fraud, absolute scum, there's no other way to put it.
They knowingly take your money and never deliver, it's organized fraud.
I was asked to leave 1 star here, I never even tried it.

FAQ
Still have questions? See pricing or just sign up.
- Which reviews can be assessed?
- Reviews with certain attributes: factual claims, insulting language, safety statements, or recurring patterns. Whether a given review can actually be removed is assessed by the partner law firm case by case.
- Am I risking my Amazon account?
- No. We never touch your seller account: Refix works with public data, and you don't give us any logins. Reports and challenges are submitted to Amazon exclusively by our partner law firms, through Amazon's designated reporting channels.
- Is this about my products or my competitors'?
- This is about reviews on your own listings. Taking action against competitor listings is a separate compliance service.
- What do I have to do myself?
- For legal assessment and enforcement, you sign a one-time power of attorney for the partner law firm and add a payment method. You then choose which reviews you want to submit to the firm. The law firm enters into an engagement agreement with you and handles the assessment and enforcement.
- How long does removal take?
- Anywhere from a few days to several weeks, depending on the case and marketplace. The dashboard shows an estimated submission date, usually within seven business days, and you can check the current status there anytime.
- Can reviews on other Amazon marketplaces be removed too?
- Our focus is Amazon DE, UK, and US, the markets where partner law firms operate locally. Cases on other Amazon marketplaces may also be displayed, but the legal options can vary by marketplace.
- What does it cost?
- β¬179 per removed review, with volume pricing for SEPA payments down to β¬129 per review. You only pay when a review is actually removed.2

Important notes
- Refix provides technical services to identify potentially relevant matters. Refix does not itself provide legal services or make legal assessments. All legal services, in particular legal review, advice, and enforcement, are provided exclusively by the retained partner law firm under a separate engagement agreement. The partner law firm does not act as an agent of Refix.
- Refix's technical services are billed based on the number of reviews processed. The partner law firm's success fee applies only if a review is actually removed. If a review stays up despite the law firm's assessment, Refix waives the charge for its technical services in that case as a gesture of goodwill, even if the technical preparation has already been completed. Fees for both components are invoiced together through Refix.
