Common pricing questions

How does billing work?
You pay per review that is actually removed: the total price covers our technical work and the partner law firm's fee. If a review is not removed, we waive the charge. You book compliance checks and optional enforcement for a flat fee. No subscription, no monthly fees.
How do the volume tiers work?
The more reviews are successfully removed, the lower the price per removal: from €179 (1 to 10) down to €129 (501+). The tiers accumulate across all brands in your account, not per brand.
Is there a minimum?
Yes. We submit reviews to Amazon in batches1 and need at least three approved reviews to do so.
How can I pay?
By SEPA direct debit or credit card. Reviews are billed only on success.2 The price you pay is the total shown on this page at the time of removal, and we invoice as soon as we've confirmed the removal. Flat-fee services such as compliance checks are due when booked.
Do prices include tax?
All prices exclude any taxes that apply in your country.
Am I risking my Amazon account?
No. We never touch your seller account: Refix works with public data, and you don't give us any logins. Reports and challenges are submitted to Amazon exclusively by our partner law firms, through Amazon's designated reporting channels.
I manage several sellers as an agency. Are there special terms?
Yes. Volume tiers accumulate across your entire account, so every seller pays less. On top of that, we run dedicated programs for agencies, aggregators, and holding companies; request them through the form on this page.
Which reviews can actually be removed?
Reviews that may be non-compliant: false statements of fact, insults, bought or fake reviews, and off-topic reviews. The legal review is handled by our partner law firms.

Important notes

  1. Refix provides technical services to identify potentially relevant matters. Refix does not itself provide legal services or make legal assessments. All legal services, in particular legal review, advice, and enforcement, are provided exclusively by the retained partner law firm under a separate engagement agreement. The partner law firm does not act as an agent of Refix.
  2. Refix's technical services are billed based on the number of reviews processed. The partner law firm's success fee applies only if a review is actually removed. If a review stays up despite the law firm's assessment, Refix waives the charge for its technical services in that case as a gesture of goodwill, even if the technical preparation has already been completed. Fees for both components are invoiced together through Refix.
  3. Compliance: each Refix service is billed separately, plus any product costs. You engage the partner law firm directly for the legal work; billing runs through Refix.
  4. Case examples: the figures and time frames shown relate to the individual case in question. After the partner law firm's assessment, Amazon decides whether a review is removed; a comparable outcome is not guaranteed.
